Start & Busch, LLC is delighted to announce the promotion of Albert Garcia to Partner.  Albert received his Bachelors in Accounting from the University of Houston-Clear Lake in 1997 and has been licensed as a Certified Public Accountant since 2004.  Albert has over 10 years experience in public accounting and has made a significant contribution to Start & Busch, LLC where he will continue to manage audits and other attest engagements for school districts, title insurance companies, non-profits, and various other types of entities.
